The AN/PRC-148E-V1 is a compact and lightweight tactical handheld radio operating across the 30–512 MHz frequency range. It offers compatibility with multiple Line of Sight (LOS) and SATCOM waveforms, ensuring interoperability with existing legacy radio systems. Leveraging over 15 years of development, the AN/PRC-148E-V1 incorporates programable cryptography designed to meet NSA Crypto Modernization standards.
