EDGE is a purpose built modular expeditionary mission command system that provides On-The-Move (OTM)/At-the-Halt (ATH) vehicle agnostic network capability. EDGE supports comprehensive network connectivity delivering expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) to the tactical edge. EDGE delivers resilient Line and Beyond Line of Sight (LOS/BLOS) voice and data communication sharing by bridging Upper and Lower Tactical Internet through MANET, multi-orbit SATCOM and IP networks. It provides automated Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency (PACE) for both permissive and non-permissive operational environments. This system is suited for a wide-range of operational environments from Tactical Operations Centers (TOC) to ad hoc demand for quick reaction teams operating OTM.
