Steve Schrader joined TDSI as the vice president of operations. In this role, Mr. Schrader oversees all aspects of manufacturing across TDSI’s growing product portfolio. Areas of oversight include production, test, supply chain, materials, concurrent engineering, and shipping.

Mr. Schrader brings 37 years of manufacturing experience to TDSI, having worked with a broad range of technology companies producing complex aerospace, electronics, and electro-mechanical products. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer and production manager for BF Goodrich Aerospace, and quickly rose through the ranks. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Schrader performed as the Operations Manager at Hughes Network Systems, followed by vice president roles with Patton, LLC and Zentech Manufacturing. During his extensive career, he earned numerous accreditations and developed a proven track record of optimizing operations, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement
within budget.

Mr. Schrader holds a BS in electrical engineering and a BA in economics from Bucknell University, and an MA from Southern Evangelical Seminary.
