Paul Mehney

Vice President, Strategy and Communications

Paul Mehney joined TDSI as the vice president of strategy and communications. In this role, Mr. Mehney is responsible for strategic communications, marketing and media relations across TDSI.

Mr. Mehney has held key public and strategic communications positions within the US Army over the last 16 years. Most recently, he performed as the Director of Public/Strategic Communications, Congressional Affairs and Industry Relations for the US Army Program Executive Office C3T (PEO C3T). In this role, he was responsible for the development and execution of the Army program executive office (organizational annual operating budget of more than $2.9B/45+ key Army network and communications acquisition programs, including data radios, SATCOM, waveforms, display systems, combat management systems), strategic communication, government stakeholder relations and Congressional affairs strategy. He also served as the senior advisor on Congressional, state legislative, defense department stakeholder and industry affairs matters related to the organization and Army network communication systems modernization efforts; and he managed marketing, communications and media relations for the organization.

Prior to this role, Mr. Mehney held a variety of other public relations and communications positions with PEO C3T, as well as Communications & Electronics Command (CECOM) and Aberdeen Proving Ground Installation; Tank Automotive Research, Development, Engineering Center (TARDEC); and Program Manager Future Combat Systems (PM FCS). Additionally, he managed public communications for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, Technology), Engineering and Integration (SoSEI); and the Program Executive Office Integration (PEO I).

Mr. Mehney received numerous civilian service awards, medals of achievement, and merit awards for outstanding performance in the government sector. He also earned a bachelor’s degree and graduated with honors from Michigan State University.
