Melissa Borzone
Vice President, Contracts, Legal & Trade Compliance
Melissa Borzone is the vice president of contracts, legal & trade compliance for Thales Defense & Security, Inc. (TDSI). In this role, Ms. Borzone is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of contracts for federal, commercial, and international customers; and for ensuring company-wide compliance with international trade regulations.
Ms. Borzone has over 25 years of hands-on experience in government and commercial contracting. She joined TDSI in 2006. Prior to attaining her current position in 2021, Ms. Borzone served in positions of increasing responsibility within the contracts department.
Ms. Borzone holds a master’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York, and a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Grove City College.
